Our Client is a quality operator and is looking for a F&B Director for this 5* luxury resort. They have the benefit of a stunning private beach and fabulous F&B to support this luxurious experience. The room’s product matches the rest of the quality.
If you are a F&B Director from a 5* luxury background, we would love to hear from you. You must have worked in Europe at some point in your career and the Middle East as a minimum. Ideally currently based in the UAE. Understanding the local UAE market is essential with a proactive approach to resort food and beverage. The hotel would require you to manage 5 venues and therefore understanding the volume of work is important. Motivating a team and hiring the right talent will be key to the success.
