EXECUTIVE CHEF – LUXURY HOTEL – PRAGUE

We have an outstanding role for a 200-key luxury asset with 4 F&B offerings.  This property is based in the heart of one of the most vibrant cities where cuisine is being elevated every year.  There is a market gap where one of the assets could be significantly elevated.

This role allows you to create and develop menus and they need a hands-on Exec Chef to lead the brigade from the front.  You will develop local talent within the kitchen and bring your expert techniques to the forefront of the hotel.  You must be European due to work rights and currently work at a 5* property.  They would consider an Exec Sous from an ultra luxury brand.  They will pay a competitive salary and consider accommodation for a single status Chef.
