We are searching for a Complex Finance Director for a lovely group of hotels in the UAE. The complex consists of a large rooms product consisting of villas, premium rooms and apartments with mainly an outsourced F&B offering. The products offer primarily luxury and lifestyle living and will continue to open additional assets over the next couple of years.
They are looking for a qualified finance professional who has vast experience with setting up financial policies for the department and building a strong structured team. You must have experience within hotels in the UAE to be considered for this role and you must have been a finance director for 2 or more hotels. You will work with the Complex General Manager and support his decisions with strong financial data from management accounts and forecasting. Understanding asset depreciation and growth for hotels is essential as well as cross property budget allocation. A 5* hotel background is required as a minimum but ideally luxury.
