Our Client is a quality operator and is looking for a General Manager for this 5* luxury resort. They have the benefit of a stunning private beach and fabulous F&B to support this luxurious experience. The room’s product matches the rest of the quality. The hotel is in a prime real estate location and an asset that is already well positioned.
They are looking for a General Manager with more than 3 years experience at this level. You must have worked in the UAE, in a management position, at some point in your career and you must have worked for a luxury 5* hotel resort. The hotels you have operated must have delivered an average ADR in excess of $300 USD per night. Lastly, due to the hotel’s dominant market segment, you must have worked in Europe at some point in your career.
