We try to get to know the owners not only by reputation, but also in person. Choosing the right job really impacts someone's life and we believe presenting all the knowledge we gain from the 'client side' of the role, can mean we share the right position at the right time in someone's career. This is equally as important for the employee as it is to protect the owner's investment.
We have assisted many owners directly in sourcing their leadership teams and often representing the owner and operator at the same time to ensure a controlled interview process. We also are seeing ownership groups growing their portfolio and an increased need for Asset Management professionals.
