Understanding an operation is so important in order to see how an asset or business functions. At HTS, we have recruited across all areas of a Hotel Operator, Royal Palace, F&B operation, Leisure facility or Ownership Group at one point or another. Due to this we have generated over 10,000 profiles who have all been hand selected to enter our database.
We manually screen each CV before engaging and at no point do we dilute our talent pools with unwanted profiles. Thanks to our administration team and research function, we can consistently separate each CV into searchable divisions meaning our data is up to date and accurate to speed up our search for any department.
