In 2023, HTS required the knowledge and skills for design and development by assisting, in great depth, a Middle Eastern Mega Project with the pre-construction phase of their business.
This meant that we have grown our talent pool with senior architects and designers, plus the most networked development professionals in the world. We have seen this as an opportunity to service an important area of the hospitality industry and invested in assisting more people in this field.
Design and development is also becoming an increasing priority for the operators. Finding and sourcing the best talent is key as they seek more owner relationships, more hotel openings and more acquisitions; now more so than ever due to the number of brands that fall under each operator.
